About Your Home Inspector

My name is Ben, and I’m the owner and operator of Bennyco Enterprises. I learned the meaning of customer service growing up in my father’s hardware store, listening to customer’s problems and concerns and always making sure they left with a smile. Since then, I have worked in every aspect of construction, from site work to finish carpentry and everything in between. After years of building my knowledge base I wanted to find a profession where I could use my experience, only rely on myself, and provide a good life for me and my family. “Home Inspections” came to mind. So, after 140 hours of education, and passing the state exam, I was licensed as a Home Inspector by the great State of New York.

I have always been detailed, a perfectionist, and had a hands-on mentality. I combine these traits with the passion I have for home inspections to provide the absolute best home inspection and most detailed report I possibly can for every client I work with.

I perform Home Inspections as if I’m going to move my family into that home the next day. I report on ANY visible safety issues, installation deficiencies, areas of moisture intrusion, and/or any other piece of information that may assist you in making an educated decision. My reports are unbiased, I have no affiliation with any other parties to your transaction. My ONLY obligation is to help you understand the condition of the home at the time of the inspection.

I encourage you to review my sample home inspection reports. There is no better indicator as to a Home Inspector’s thoroughness than the produced Home Inspection Report. Research other home inspectors in the area as well and make the decision you feel is best for you.
